I need to remember to go up in weight for back sessions. Definitely didn’t push hard enough. But I’m trying to make sure I use my back and not my arms!
Amazing job, athlete! Your energy is electric! Focus on some small successes each week that are performance-based, your training will blossom with that focus.

My 3rd Annual 8-Week Beach Shred begins April 17th!!! Equipment needed: dumbbells, bands, and highly recommended: booty band and jumprope. 3 new full sessions each week, 2 mini sessions each week, and 2 bonus full sessions each week!

Well week 1 kicked my arse in the most amazing way! I’m toast after just finishing Friday’s workout - but I feel AMAZING!
Week 1 proved to be a doozy, and today, I decided to just rest - not even sure if I’m going to walk my dogs. Body is TIRED, but in the very best way. I’ll be back at it tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, squad!

Caught up with the Wed session at the gym. Followed up with my hip hop class to have a sub teacher come in for Bolly dance. Embraced the change and the cute skirt. A year ago I would have done one class - today two felt good. Have a good weekend.
I’m on Thursday of week 1 of beach shred and could not be happier to be caught up! I started with the athlete maker beginner series in January and finished the BTS series this past Monday because I was 2 weeks behind thanks to a stomach bug and sinus infection! (I’m new here as of January I’ve strictly done yoga for over 5 years now and haven’t lifted since college but happy to be back at it!)
