Over the last couple years, I’ve been struggling with some health problems. Since January, I’ve been using this app 3-4 times a week and have been gluten/dairy free. I haven’t lost any weight but my body feels so much better and stronger!

I'm Tessa and I am new and excited to be a part of the Get Salty community! I have some questions but I'm not sure who to direct them to. 😊
I'm on week 2 day 2 in the 6 week progression program and I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts again! Today was a testiment to how much I do enjoy the workouts because I was up all night with a sick little girl and I still got my workout in. Hope everyone is having a great week so far.

Hey y’all I’m completely new to this program/community. Always looking for new ways to exercise and still trying to find something that keeps me pumped and excited about doing the exercises… with that being said it’s been over 10 years since I’ve done more than just the occasional workout… Does anyone have any advise?
