My biggest accomplishment this series was overcoming my mental blocks - I used to think that if I couldn't do a perfect workout due to travel, time constraints, or how I was feeling that day, then I shouldn't do a workout at all. I had a health issue early on that caused me to get a week behind, but after I got out of that funk, I was the most consistent through this Beach Shred than any previous program, and that was with multiple weeks of travel, friends coming to visit, and many events in between. I left the mat feeling better than when I started EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and that's why I'll keep coming back. 

Before starting SALT Training, I was so afraid of aging because all the women in my life fed me the "it all goes downhill from here" story. Now, 3 years into SALT Training and I see all these amazing, strong, fit, athletic women around me and I'm excited to get older and see how good I can feel while flipping metabolic switches 💪

RIP legs, there was a serial killer on the loose that we just couldn't escape 🥵

82 - modified where I needed to but still pushed myself with heavier weights and no extra breaks
