I'm working on limiting my alcohol consumption during the Beach Shred to get 1% better. I got too comfortable having a drink almost every night or every other night and I've been able to limit my drinks to mostly Friday/Saturday nights. I have noticed better sleep, less brain fog, and overall a better feeling everyday.
