I'm new to the Salt Squad, but not new to the weights. I had been doing macros and quite frankly just got tired of weighing and measuring every morsel of food. I've now gone so far the other way and feel like I've been in a free for all the past few weeks and now I'm in a rut. I really like Jenny's approach and am working to put some things into practice. I'm thinking an accountability partner may help me get my butt in gear. Is that a thing here?

Holy smokes Batman! Adding cardio to the lifting was intense! I had to go down in weight and am always low impact (sadly) but I managed it all … even managed the last push effort. My shoulders will feel that one tomorrow I am sure!

I remember this workout when you did the Strong Fitness lives, which is where is discovered you. Pretty sure that go around in 2021 I subbed something for the reverse burpees. I slayed those bad boys today! Broad jump walk backs….. inner thighs were screaming at the screen!! Have a blessed Sunday!
