Started Monday super strong, yesterday I had the worst headache and only walked 2 miles. Today, I got some news about a previous manager passing so I am letting myself feel all the feelings. So here I am … I want to finish my week as strong as I started, but i continue to learn on how to give my self grace..

Finally got to the leg workout today, and wowza! Already feeling my glutes. Getting a pellet on Tuesday so will be out of pocket for about four days (can only walk) Will try and get some plank work in and tomorrow through Tuesday’s workouts in. Will be back at it on Saturday afternoon. I absolutely love this challenge, and the accountability definitely keeps me motivated to show up and get it done! Have a blessed weekend everyone!
What a way to start the week! This workout touched on all my faves! First time in the challenge that I did all my pushups in full plank position. The rollout pushups….. LOVE!
Had to take last week easy due to lower back and knee stuff … so walked and did yoga rather than Get Salty. Back this morning and phew I am whooped 🤪

I was sitting at work for 8+ hrs sometimes and it was not good; so I decided to invest on a treadmill desk and I have no excuses now for not being able to walk. I have walked up to 6 miles a day and getting my work done. Even when I can’t get a training session done, my body still moved! If you sit like me, a walking treadmill is a game changer. 😃
New to the salty group and super excited to get back into shape after 3 yrs of health crap 🙌🏻 can’t wait to get started!
