Not necessary to eat more, you’ll actually hear lots and lots of nutrition tips throughout. Muscle gain will help speed up your metabolism in the long game of it. I wouldn’t focus on eating more calories necessarily, I would focus on eating 100-125g of protein based on your weight. 30-50g at each meal. This will help aid in your protein synthesis (muscle build)

Hey athlete! Sounds like you’re already well-versed with training, so 3 options I’ll give: 1: Beach Shred is a favorite, 8-weeks long. Its goal is functional athleticism, fat burning, strength-building. Great for weightloss. 2: MVP series. 8-weeks long. 2 different goals, hypertrophy or fat loss with strength. I include A LOT of nutrition tips throughout this one. 3: The Grind. Goal is fat loss and habit changing (becoming a habitual athlete). 12 weeks. HIIT, weight lifting, mobility, cardio hiphop and yoga in this one.
