Not necessary to eat more, youâll actually hear lots and lots of nutrition tips throughout. Muscle gain will help speed up your metabolism in the long game of it. I wouldnât focus on eating more calories necessarily, I would focus on eating 100-125g of protein based on your weight. 30-50g at each meal. This will help aid in your protein synthesis (muscle build)
