I just did the Core + Push session today! Whew!!! I actually turned on the hotel gym pelaton and totally lost interest 10 minutes i and just used it as my warm up. My chesticles are on fire!

Only 2 super short weeks! You’ll receive little lifestyle change tips that I’m hoping will provide some simple lightbulb moments. And you’ll have 2-weeks of HIIT/cardio-centric sessions! Stay tuned! (Then, we start “Rookie of the Year” Series, great for your friends to join that want a less intimidating series, but still highly challenging for well-seasoned athletes!).

As some of our athletes are still completing the 8-week Beach Shred, I’m waiting another week before I draw 10 winners! Keep up the engagement, keep encouraging those that are still working! What an amazing group of athletes!!!

You’ve completed 8 weeks of progressive work to get the place where you have the confidence to say “I put in the work, I am the 1%.” As your coach I hope that you reached some goals, are moving toward your goals, but even more deeply, I hope that you’ve seen a shift in your relationship and perspective on fitness. Once that clicks, everything else becomes easier.

What’s next: Coach needs a few weeks to regroup and work on a quick nutrition + fitness challenge that will begin July 5th. You will have suggested sessions on your feed and your calendar until then!
