The flow is January-March is the GRIND; May-June is BEACH SHRED; Aug-Sept is MVP (super fun one!); and right before Thanksgiving Break we do the 6-week BEASTMODE. In the weeks between you’ll have fun 1-week challenges or a week of suggested sessions to continue training.
