Thank you Trace! I try to do my devotionals daily before I workout as I drink my coffee. I got out of habit of doing that and am getting back in the swing of it. Slinging weights definitely does help! Thanks for all the kind words and prayers!

I feel like by reading this a weight was lifted off my shoulder. I am always thinking ahead getting overwhelmed definitely feel like I cannot breath and suffocating. Reading this helped me tremendously thank you! Thank you for sharing this means so much to me. ❤️

Alison this is amazing and helps me a lot! Yes Henny definitely knows how to quiet the brain if I could learn how to do that during the day would be great! I do know my days are better when I workout. I just wake up exhausted all the time and at night I know I’ll be more exhausted so I know I have to do it in the morning. Your words seriously helped me a lot so thanks you! Thank you ❤️

Angie I am the same way! I workout about 530am and am not hungry until I get to work which is 9ish.
