Finished week 7 today! Wow this week was brutal in a great way. I am sore and it was great week to start 1st phorm. Can definitely see the post workout shakes helping with soreness/recovery! Your doing a great job session was much needed today! Loved that session.

I will not be walking like a pretty girl these next few days. I might be crawling! That 4X4 session holy shit but amazing! Thanks for all the positive thoughts Jenny that really helped me get thru it helped me to continue with my positive thoughts!

Still completing beach shred. Survival mode barely survived. Round 3 rocket jumps I could barely stand and do mod down. 😂 I’m surprised I didn’t fall over!

Wow didn’t think I pushed myself hard enough I barely broke a sweet in this workout. But man does my back feel good this morning and it’s only been a few hours since I did this session! Happy Friday everyone!

Well according to Jenny I’m crazy because I did the retreat workout again 😂 great session in my living room was great but missed the energy from SC during the retreat! Added weights heavier boooty bands and a band more more resistance!

No joke my booty and legs gonna feel this! Added a booty band to level up! Great session I loved working outside at the retreat starting to do that at home! Adds additional change with the heat/sun!
