Girls wanted to ride their bike asked if they were ok if I did my yoga session outside while they were ride their bikes they said of course! Lol they cheered me on while they encouraged each other riding their bikes! Great session as always. Now to learn how to do a head stand to go along with perfecting my handstands!
Still feeling those DOMs today. I could t sit in class lol I hate to get up and go stretch my legs. They are SORE! Completed the Craig workout today. Probably should of grabbed a smaller dumbbell than I did oops 😬 😂 epsom bath followed by massage gun holes that helps my poor legs!
Sitting in training today my biscuits are SORE! anyone else have it when doing fire hydrants that the first side you work on you can feel it. Then when I got to the other leg I can feel it but the first leg/biscuits I feel like I continue to work that more? Loved this session loved the mobility in the middle!
I did something to my neck last night not sure what. I actually went to the ER to make sure all was good. It is. I have a follow up with my doctor next week to see if they want an MRI as the CT scan looked good. I’ll be doing body weight for the next week or so with no upper upper workouts. Sharing this with others so IF hopefully you don’t. If you get hurt your not alone in modifying.
I need to remember to go up in weight for back sessions. Definitely didn’t push hard enough. But I’m trying to make sure I use my back and not my arms!
