Non scale victory. Shoveling your driveway determined to get it clear to pavement clearing the snow and ice like it’s nothing! I actually enjoy shoveling the driveway today I was proud of myself seeing how strong I was being able to move the snow and ice like I did! Then you turn around see that because it’s snowing so hard looks like you did nothing 😂

Week 2 push day wowza! 🥵I don’t think I’ll be feeling my upper body at all the next few days. Definitely need to work on stretching more throughout the week my legs are still sore. Not too much there. Those burpees! So much fun! Love burpees! ❤️

I am finishing week 1 today with the stretch session! Excited as my legs and booty definitely need it! 😂 did something to my back rib starting hurting this past Sunday. I don’t remember doing anything to hurt it. Thinking might be from the nasty cold I had maybe idk. 🤷‍♀️ taking it slow and easy unfortunately but I am smart enough to do so give myself grace so I don’t hurt it more.

Jenny Fisher 100% I hate being sick. I hate that I’m so sick I cannot get movement in. But getting back on track little by little is all that matters!
