Just did the Memorial Day Murphy session was so much fun! Shocked that I didn’t need to take extra breaks! I impressed myself with putting on a bullet proof vest to add some weight as I don’t have a weight vest. Thanks hubby! Great session!

Primal are always my favorites! This was a great session saving this one! High knees mixed with jumping jacks for cardio!

I choose jump rope for my cardio counted to 60 and did reverse burpees at the end with knee tucks and I was shocked how good my knee tucks were!! thanks for the optional 30 seconds at the end I needed that too! 

Christine Bush Roman I don’t have a weighted vest but plan to do this with my husbands bullet “proof” best to add to the workout!

Did back session from week 2. Sitting here at working thinking man why is my back sore. Duh you worked it good this morning. I just didn’t think it would be this sore. Always sneaks up on you!

This is me after every leg day! Week 2 leg day I did today and my butt already hurts!

Miranda Frechette yes 100%. I used to hate being behind. One of these times I’ll be able to finish one of these sessions on time. But learning to go with the flow of life and grace is huge.

I am finally finished with week one! Behind but that is ok. I’m moving that’s all that matters! But man did that kick my butt. The 10 minute amrap flew by. I don’t believe it was 10 minutes.
