I really liked this one as it creeps up on you as you get into the 2nd half. Nice and simple, nothing complicated about it. A great session as we start the new Beach Shred. I will come back to this one as one I can do in my driveway easily enough. I mean who doesn't want to lug a heavy dumbbell down 2 flights of steps and then back up again when you're done πŸ˜†

Agree, this is a great one!Β  I was salty by 19 minutes in and there was no saving my hair that I thought I might save.Β Β πŸ˜† A great one for travel that I know I will come back to again!πŸ†

Jenny Fisher on the rare occasion I do one it's usually Salty style as supersets or trisets with core and HIIT so the total workout is 45 minutes but hits more than shoulders. I don't have a gym membership anymore so some of the heavy lifting for back isn't an option anymore unfortunately even though I love a great back workout. 😊

I actually do really like shoulder workouts. I like that focused session paired with some HIIT or other cardio. I also love a nice rounded delt in my sleeveless shirts and how a wider back and shoulders makes my waist appear smaller. πŸ˜‰ All about the illusion 😁

Oh my, that chest session isΒ πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯! I just finished it since I'm a few days behind and my chest and shoulders totally hit fatigue.Β  I am already dreading the soreness that will be there tomorrow.Β  But a little growth in the shoulders will be nice for the coming spring and summer.Β  Happy weekend Salt Squad!

I just got in the Week 9 leg day and my glute ham tie in area is feeling all the soreness. Love it. Did the heaviest weight I've ever done on the Bulgarian split squats which I still have a love-hate relationship with, but the burn is oh so good. Love it! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
