So I decided it would be a great idea to do a treadmill workout incline 12-15 weighted carry (I did 10 pound dumbbells) averaging 3 mph walking with doing various upper body exercises every 7-10 minutes for 50 minutes. Long story short my hamstrings scream at me every time I sit or stand today !! It’s a great feeling, definitely keeping this workout on repeat every so often!!
