Great first session and legs will remind me tomorrow how great it was! I always think I’m doing the strength building portion, but the HIIT continues to draw me in. Will do each session according to my body’s needs. Today, it needed the HIIT portion, but I was also able to increase my weight. Excited for all the new people here to experience this awesome community of support and encouragement!!

I’ll keep this one on reserve for when I only have 20 minutes to get some intense movement in! I’m out for the next four days due to getting a HRT pellet this afternoon. Will pick back up on Sunday and finish the series. Keep getting salty!
