Full body high intensity cardio done, and I am definitely not someone whose cardio doesn’t make it to failure! I was still laid out on the floor feeling like an actual dead bug when Jenny was up going side to side cooling down LOL! For any of you on the fence about the retreat, I cannot stress how much you SHOULD GO!! I went in 2023 literally not knowing a soul. Met my roommate once before the retreat because we both live in the Dallas area. I came away with a community of sisters that is truly a gift from God. You will not regret it, even for a second! I’m still trying to work my schedule so that I can make it, but it may have to wait another year. But I’m going to make every effort!

Yoga is like the rescue dog you never knew you needed until you brought her home, and over time, realize all the ways she enriched your life. That session was exactly what I needed, and honestly I think I got more from your encouragement and just talking through the process of becoming the best versions of ourselves. Tiffany he is the absolute best pup! Kind of like Jenny Fisher in dog form. Lots of energy, lots of love to give, excited and eager to share his enthusiasm for exercise, and just loves life. He is my joy and I’m so excited we get to bring home one of his baby girls!! 😊
