Absolute 🔥! Nothing like getting hyped up on cardio! I was fully prepared for you to say, “Let’s do one more round of everything” one more time, and was surprisingly disappointed when you didn’t! (Who am I??) Decided to do a quick shoulder finisher of side, front, rear shoulder raises (drop set) followed by 30 seconds of handstands. Three rounds and final handstand round I did for a minute. A year ago there is no way I would be choosing to do handstands on my own. Thanks for being such an awesome motivator Jenny Fisher !!!

Back day on Friday - a winning combo! And truly grateful I didn’t have to use my legs very much! For those of you just starting the protein journey, that was my single focus during the 12-week grind, and I cannot emphasize enough the difference it made in my energy level and my strength gains. I start every morning with 30 grams of protein powder mixed with water - before my tea. From there I am averaging 30-40 grams per meal. It takes patience and getting used to, but in a few weeks, it will become natural. Highly recommend a kitchen scale if you don’t have one. I’m about a month away from turning 60, and I am gaining muscle not losing it like so many of my peers are. Listen to Jenny! She knows what she is talking about!

Great little mini-leg session to work out some of the soreness from Monday! It was just enough to motivate me to get up here and get some movement in. And now my legs feel so much better!

Chest and shoulder (let’s not forget the triceps!!) was an absolute sweat show! This is what I love so much about Salt training - sweating while “just lifting weights” 😅

I’m not sure what I was thinking by doing this before putting clean sheets on the bed and stepping into a virtual meeting in twenty minutes. It’s just weightlifting today… I am so sweaty, I look like I sprinted a mile in the heat, and we may be sleeping on a bare matrees tonight if I can’t get my arms to function! Great workout!
