Wednesdays upper body done and I’m toast! At the end of the weightlifting portion, I just didn’t have it in me to do the ten-minute ladder. I’m not sure my arms could have held me up, so I stretched and will save that bad boy for another day. I posted a pic of my sweet boy’s girls but didn’t post a pic of my boy! Diggs is the dog who thinks I’m his everything and he is also my walking trainer. He continues to work on my speed and keeps me consistent with my daily walks!
