Back and Biceps!πŸ˜… That was so hard but so fun! Cardio rounds had me gasping. I did jump rope the first time and decided to do the rower the next round. Completely gassed me! But I was amazed at how much better my stamina was on donkey kicks. Opted for the half handstands and felt insanely strong. Sit outs were slow but I managed to get 20 of those and the donkey kicks in before trading them in for cardio. Bear crawls I still dread, but one day….. I’l own them. Did use a heavier weight and got in the ten. Had an allergy headache going in, but feel so much better now!
