Was not motivated at all today, but as I sat in my office chair staring at my computer screen, not being able to write what I needed to write, I asked myself, “What can I do?” Came out to my porch and thought I’ll at least do a modified workout. Nope, after the warmup, I was locked and loaded, and crushed the leg session. The combination of the first block of ball squats followed by the BSS and lunge hops was absolutely friggin leathal! I feel the difficulty squatting to pee coming tomorrow and Wednesday!

Jenny Fisher how can I not when you throw all my favorite exercises into one week?! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Got home from my parents yesterday and needed to give my time and attention to the dogs and the hubby. Walked a total of 5miles since the puppies hadn’t had a good long walk while I was gone. Spent the rest of the evening catching up on cuddles. Woke up this morning thinking I would just do another 5 mile walk once the rain cleared, but afterward, I just felt like I needed a little more. Peeked at the HIIT session and saw the frozen pic of Jenny doing bench hop overs, and that was all I needed. All my favorite exercises this week! Had to laugh because every time Jenny said “if you want to jump rope while I demo,” all I could hear was “if you want to die while I demo….” I did not salute you with the middle finger, but being from the south, I did say “Bless your heart” a few times… maybe with a few choice words thrown in there. I love Jesus so much, but I do cuss a little! Great way to round out this Sunday!

Target dog is absolutely adorable! And you make a perfect Cinderella!

Baby costumes are the absolute best!! I was the same way about the saltmakers! Just grabbed my weights and took care of business, sloppy and all!

Damn I love back day! Being at my parents’ gym, I actually got to use a lat oulldown machine and what a difference that makes. Fun fact though, bands obviously work because I was able to go as heavy as I used to when I trained at a gym. Great week at this gym doing my salty sessions! Headed back home tomorrow and will hopefully get the HIIT in. Favorite Halloween costume: a kid being captured by an alien. Great blowup costume and looked so real! Minus the cartoon face on the alien 👽

Opted for Tuesday’s HIIT session today because I’m not sure when I’ll be traveling back home and wanted to make sure to get a HIIT in. I’m so glad no one else was here when I did the rolling pop jacks hollow hold pushups. By the last minute round, someone would have probably wanted to call 911 🤣. Opted to do ball slams with a squat jump for the jump squats and last round went to a heavier ball instead of the tuck jumps. They are my happy place so incorporated the slam ball into my burpees. I am salty and stress-free! 🧂😤
