Leg session done. Have you ever gone to church and felt like the preacher was talking directly to you? Kind of how I felt today. After skipping most of the mobility - because I just need to get done - go into Bulgarian SS, and there Jenny is going on about skipping stuff. Honestly, I even considered only doing three rounds of the Bulgarians until she busted my @$$ - LOL. My balance was off and I was just frustrated, so dropped the weights and used the last three sets to work on my form and go deeper in the squat. After that, my mind was where it needed to be to finish out the session strong. Thanks Jenny Fisher for literally knowing exactly what your athletes are thinking….🫣

Truth 🤣

I’m gonna have to push leg day to tomorrow. Had three rounds of dogs to walk which always takes about an hour and a half, on top of a long work day, and a really really really fun Mother’s Day celebration yesterday. Adult children love to convince you you’re twenty-something again…. Good food, great wine, and amazing kids made for a perfect day yesterday. But hell to pay today! 🥴 I’ll “see” y’all on the mat tomorrow! 🩵

Chest and core! Wow! Was feeling every muscle from yesterday’s full body so wasn’t sure how much I could deliver today, but one of the things I love most about the salty sessions is how differently each one challenges the muscles. Actually loved this session and chest typically isn’t a favorite. That AMRAP - Holy Heck!! Rolling pushups are always my nemesis but I slayed them today - at least until the final round. Great Saturday session! 🫶🏻🔥😤
