My welcome back/come back party didn’t exactly start where I thought it was going to but it ended up being exactly where I needed to be and interestingly right where I left off. Thought I was doing today’s leg session but actually did week 11, and I’m so glad I didn’t miss it. LOVED it, and everything just felt good! I’ll step into week 11 back tomorrow and just move into week 12 on Tuesday. I know I won’t be completely caught up but will at least get in the big sessions before Easter. First week in April, I’ll go back and hit the sessions I missed throughout the grind just to not miss a single one since it truly is my favorite series to date! Here’s to being back, grinding it out! Great great joy!

Derailing sucks. Great reminder of areas I need to work on. I have felt like such a loser, weenie, weak…add an adjective because I have only been walking this week due to back. Back is better but my motivation is shot because I’ve missed so many days. It’s that kick start back to it that sometimes completely evades me. Coming on here tonight to just hold myself accountable and commit to showing up to a session tomorrow - at this point who even cares which one…. Just need to get back in the groove!

Ugh….. I don’t miss those calls and hope you sweet boy will recover quickly. I’ve been out since Saturday and just trying to figure out how to come back and which session to start with. Think I’m going to start with chest session tomorrow and move through this week’s sessions and then go back and finish out week 11. I’ll still be here as you’re catching up!!
