Saw Jenny’s story about his morning’s chest and shoulder session, and she wasn’t lying!! Holy Smokes was it a doozy! Chest and shoulders are so done, I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to wave a flag tomorrow, and I’ll be sipping my drink from a straw! đŸ”„đŸ§‚ Happy 4th to you and yours! đŸ‡șđŸ‡žâ€ïž

Did the retreat 45-minute session we did at the Wanderer, and seriously just took me back to the retreat. Missed the DJ and live positive reinforcement from Billie, Emmett and Jenny, but enjoyed the sweet and salty memories from that day. Used both my booty bands, along with a kettle bell for rows and hip thrusters, and a band with handles for the lat pull-downs. Just bumping up the play a little bit more! Have a great weekend everyone!

Four week emom cardio session from the beach shred didn’t disappoint the first time or this second time crushing it! Froggers still suck but I was able to get through forty all three rounds without stopping. Last one I went to the beeper. Didn’t get 60 but I got more than 40! Love these mini sessions!

Loved, loved, loved this workout! 39 minutes, but action packed. Hit a personal best on weight with the snatches for two rounds - felt like a beast! The cardio portion made me consider getting a bladder lift consultation! WOW! It moved FAST! And the yogaish
exactly what I needed after two weeks of taping a new Bible study. More sitting than I am used to and my hip flexors were TIGHT! I will definitely visit this over and over - got me excited for our two week challenge coming up! If you’re looking for a hard, fast, and covers it all session, this one is for you!

Loved the full body session from this weeks suggested workouts! Total body will be my focus this week and will round it out with mini sessions on T/Th and a yoga or cardio hip hop on Saturday. Keeping it simple and fun this week in preparation for the challenge next week!

Weenied out and opted to bring my workout session indoors today. Outdoors feels like you’re sticking your head in a 450 degree oven! Loved this workout today but wow that last series was HARD! Ugly crouch cartwheels and side shuffle Sit outs are awful! Was actually grateful for commandos! 😅😅

I knew with Captain Tabitha in the title meant a deliciously sweaty session. I can’t hardly type because of the sweat in my eyes! Great way to end Monday’s busy workday! Not sure if this was the right workout to do when it’s 99 degrees outside but definitely made it extra challenging and salty. I really looked pretty cute before I started 😂😂

Loved this session - Drenched from head to toe! When I jump in my pool, I’m going to turn it into a saltwater pool!😅 Used my band the whole time - improvement from the first time I did this workout, and also bumped up my weight and did all the modify up challenges. When Jenny said, “Just one more thing
” I begged the screen to not be salt makers, but before she could say we were doing them, I had already begun preparing mentally to do them. All I need is some Jimmy Buffet, a lime wedge, and some tequila
a lick off my arm and I’ve got a shot! 🧂💚

Hard week, one organized workout on Monday until I read Allie’s post about Tabula Rising session. She inspired me to just come on out to my already salty porch (97 in Dallas) and get my salt shaker going. I had forgotten how much I loved this workout. Just so much goodness, and Jenny your message today and your words of support and encouragement were interestingly, words I needed to hear this week! Great start to the weekend! Stay salty everyone! Hugs and Love
