Finally got to the leg workout today, and wowza! Already feeling my glutes. Getting a pellet on Tuesday so will be out of pocket for about four days (can only walk) Will try and get some plank work in and tomorrow through Tuesday’s workouts in. Will be back at it on Saturday afternoon. I absolutely love this challenge, and the accountability definitely keeps me motivated to show up and get it done! Have a blessed weekend everyone!

Didn’t see the mini-cardio session on the app yesterday. Saw it this morning and decided to use it as my finisher after today’s push workout. Whew!😅 I could fill a salt shaker right now! Only name I called you, Jenny was “BLESSED!” I needed this today and leveled up to the extent that I can with a tweaked left front delt. Will increase weight as I can while I nurse it back to health. THANK YOU! ❤️

Couldn’t get yesterdays workout in (work shouldn’t be that challenging on a Friday - just saying). Did get my steps in though. Goal today was to do both Friday and Saturday’s workout. Just finished Friday. I gotta go walk my dogs and think about whether or not I can do Saturday on top of that great session. Leveled up in every exercise and body is whipped. May tune back in to tomorrow’s workout instead. Would love to tell you which session this week was my favorite, but that would be too challenging of a decision to make for a Saturday afternoon. Loved them all! Thank you Jenny for showing up every day and delivering challenging and energizing workouts! ❤️❤️

Love love love these mini sessions! Before I can talk myself out of it, I just turn on the app and go! Twenty minutes goes by so quickly! Great combo for those days that you may have to miss a strength day. Totally manageable to do strength session and mini cardio on the same day!

Yesterday was just that day - although I did manage to get 10,000 steps in. Just finished yesterday’s chest and shoulders and will do the mini cardio this evening. LOVED this session, and I’m not usually a chest girl but loved the format! Felling a bit like a wet noodle in the upper body region - success! 🍝
