Did not make Saturday’s session. I must have gone a bit too intensely on Friday because I was sore all over. Did a lot of functional training and walking over the weekend and was ready to get to today’s leg session. All I can say is I felt very seen when Jenny said her legs were already burning during the warmup, as I was screaming on the inside with the last bear twist. Did not expect to work as hard as I did today, but just kept turning up the dial each round. Left it all on the mat and feeling strong and accomplished. At almost 60, I am definitely moving into my ath-ELITE stage of life - and loving every minute of it (mostly 😉)
