Two is better than none! I’m having to put space between yesterdays workout and todays because I’m just so sore! I’ll hit the HIIT tomorrow hopefully, and if not, I’ll just make it my goal to complete four main sessions this next week. Just keep showing up and doing what you can. You will find your rhythm 💕💕
