Couldn’t resist since its “back” day, so ended up doing the strength followed by the cardio. Didn’t go super intense on the cardio, just enough to pour sweat down to my neck and beyond. Actually helped to loosen up my tender leg muscles too! Didn’t have a band that worked for the Y raises so subbed in some ab wheel rollouts for those. I am dripping and headed to the pool to cool off! Great Tuesday!
