Wow Wow Wow!!! Back session today was literal fire!! Whole body is smoking! Last week after Thursday total body session, I just needed to take a break from the weights. Body was just hurting all over, so opted to walk five miles every day (with two energetic golden, it kind of turns into an extreme total body walk… they don’t walk as calmly as Jenny’s pups!). Had a massage yesterday, which is exactly what I needed and woke up ready to hit the weights again. Opted to just start with today’s session and try and stick with the schedule this week. Off to a great start! Also Jenny Fisher, I love your shoes!! Do you have a link?

I just needed to be on the same page with one thing today so decided to do the total body session from today instead of yesterday’s chest and shoulder. I am spent! Hope my upper body can manage the power yoga tomorrow!!

Did the back session today thinking I would double up with the chest session from yesterday (slightly behind) - yeah, never mind…. That back session was deceptively hard AF and there is no way I can do another salty session on top of it. Will get it in tomorrow. Those salty fish burpees…… right up there with salt makers!

Great words during a fascinating and frustrating season in a woman’s life. Having been there and gotten through the worst days, learning to listen to your body truly does become more important than ever. Grace is a great gift we can give ourselves! Way to adjust for what you need! Big gains there!!! 🩷
