Heading back home tomorrow so decided to do the back session today (I love the flexibility of the recorded sessions! Thank you!). Got to use a barbell and think I hit a personal best. Not sure how much the bar weighed but it was heavy all by itself and then I added 25lb plates. Usually do unilateral bentovier rows because of my back, but my back feels great. Worked on my handstands after the session. My goal for my 60th year around the sun is to be able to do five handstand pushups. I did three neonatal baby ones today. Have a ways to go!

Cardio session today was absolutely fun and whupped me up! I decided to start with the mini-leg session since I missed it due to traveling. The cardio was a great way to burn out my legs and everything else. Shoulders were on fire by the last round of that last block! Wishing everyone a safe Memorial Day weekend. May we take some time to remember those who fought and died for our freedom. To those of you who serve, thank you for your service! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
