Leg session week 3 done! Today is one of those days where my back is acting up and a weird pain behind my left kneecap. I may have broken my second toe on my left foot last night - it is at least swollen and bruised and sprained. Wearing a supportive shoe helps and it has started hurting less as the day has worn on. But wonder if it is alll somehow connected. Went lower on the weights and no plyo. Hopefully will be all good tomorrow
