Love wearing the new hoodie while out taking walks (pic in the mirror so you can see the back)! If you haven’t looked at the new merchandise, check out the new gear Jenny dropped right before Christmas! I got a quick walk in today after the leg session (loved the mini 30 second half mom before the actual emom!!). It may not have been designed that way, but I loved the mini before the full. And then Latin Fusion dance class this evening. Legs are on fire!

My “mother” is back. No… seriously! “Doughlene” is back in action and part of my goal for this Grind series. With intentional eating, sourdough freshly made for me and my family is back in the kitchen. Now to just keep “Doughlene” happy and thriving.
