Ok, help please!! Bulgarian split squats. I have thighs of steel so increasing weight is not a problem…. But that ankle on the bench is killing me. I made sure the entire top of my foot is on the bench, ankle at the break, but straightening it isn’t easy. It is much happier when I’m at the bottom of the squat. Maybe I just need to work on pointing my toes more? I could feel the strain in the top of my foot. Any and all advice appreciated 😬😬😬
