Holy legs, Batman!!!! My daughter and I had a lot of fun doing the cardio hip hop Friday. She dances 4 days out of the week and had this week off, so she thoroughly had fun with me. But that means we danced hard. (Blurry picture taken from our little video - lots of laughing at me). My calves were killing me at the end of day Friday. So, doing the leg session yesterday was tough itself, but I did it. Not to the extent I normally would for my muscles were cramping up. But cheers to the weekend and GRINDING into next week!
