I was so excited. Got home from the beach laid out my clothes for Monday. Ready to go and I looked at the time and thought it said 8:30 am. I was like mmm. Time to go the eye doctor. Arrgghhh. Got that leg burning work out in at lunch. Loved the hip rotation balance exercise at the end. This one will be on repeat. Nice to see the Salt Squad on the MVP chat.

I have been off my game. Started the learn and burn and probably hit it too hard with trying to catch up and doing too much. My muscles were barking. So I listened to my body and found some stretch sessions and swam some laps. Phew!

Same. My hip flexors. So I stepped and back did some stretch sessions. Feeling much better.

It can be confusing. I am sure Jenny can answer. I walk everyday and supplement Get Salty with dance classes. I was tentative on my weights and increasing my weights has truly helped me.
