It can be confusing. I am sure Jenny can answer. I walk everyday and supplement Get Salty with dance classes. I was tentative on my weights and increasing my weights has truly helped me.

Reentry with Monday 8 minute Amrap felt so good. Great Amrap!!! I am looking forward to rewinding to the beginning of this series. Mini sessions kept me going while away. The sevasana at the end of this session felt so good on the joints. Happy Monday.

I was skeptical on the eight minute Amrap. Loved it. I think those sneaks inspired me. 💕 The sevasana at the end was ahhhh lovely.

Missing my Get Salty community. I am at surf camp in Portugal checking off my bucket list for my birthday. Humbled by the waves - tossed like a salad everyday. I laugh get up and keep going. I am surfing with mostly twenty year olds and they are so kind and encouraging. Today I got up three times. I am in this surf town and everybody is dreamy surfer guy and gal. I know the Get Salty mindset helped me achieve this goal. Lots of Stay Salty surf stores here. Happy 4th! 🎉

I mix it up with dance class for cardio and I SUP on the weekends. I did do a lot of magnesium bath soaks after some of those sessions. Good you are listening to your body.
