I love to just put together my own training day. I follow ofc breach shred (one week behind). Today i chose the back & bicep from week 6 followed by back twist from week 5 i think then the leg strech session to finish! So much great training😎 and Jenny i love you in so many ways, you motivates, your guidance and demos are awesome. And last but not least ALL sessions are so high quality. I never ever ended a session feeling dissapointed or not challenged or whatever❤️ Lot of love from Marte The Viking
