I did jog in place then high knee March for the rest. I just knew about the burpees😂 did em ofc. Btw you look hella good on that pic!

Back after big time prepairing and celebration of the Norwegian nathional day the 17th🇳🇴😁 lot of walking in the parade with the kids, but yesterday i started w2 and did the big leg dag! I hate/love those bulgarian squats but it really does the work! Upper body sessions today! Yay💪🏻😁😁❤️
