I worked on eccentric pull ups for the first in a looooong time the other day in lieu of lat pull downs (thanks to the mod rec from Jenny Fisher ).. I’ve been taking creatine and have been noticing a thiccccness happening. I ain’t mad about it haha but when I told Jenny, we came up w a quick and easy adjustment on how to “even” some things how (for sake of simplifying this post). The exercise was sloppy and unruly haha but I know what I need to do different next time! Thanks Jenny for being MORE than an online trainer!
