Got a new set of bands for my bday! Now I don’t have to be scared of my current fraying ones that look like they’ll snap at any given moment. AND! These ones go up to 90lbs 💪🏼 let’s gooo!!

Lynn Hughes I totally get it! I prefer my laptop! I’m not sure if you were able to figure it out. But once you’ve logged into the desktop version, you can access this weeks workouts 1 of 2 ways!

1. The banner at the top - you can scroll right or left on the banner by clicking the small white arrows on either side of the banner. They only appear when you hover your mouse over the banner itself.

OR

2. Scroll down the homepage and right beneath the banner, you’ll see “The Grind 2025.” (As well as suggested workouts for the week when we are not actively in a series like this one) Click the week we are on: Week 1. This bring you to a page where the workouts are defined my day! Click on your day and press the teal play button in the middle of the video!
