I had to delay leg day because I wanted to be home for the fit test!

The brand I use is no longer available since it’s so old. Amazon has this one available, and it’s pretty much the same as the one I have. One thing to note is that I wear it with the elastic on my shoulders instead because its a lot more comfortable and the vest will be tighter around your body.

I use my weighted vest 10 lbs all the time! I do think this is worth having.

I got salty on Saturday and Sunday but also spent half a day at the park with friends. My son played with all the kids, and it was so much fun to see him run around and play soccer. It was a great Sunday!

After that test, my legs were almost done, and now they are burned to a crisp by the Bulgarian pulses. 🔥🔥
