I reserved Wednesdays for a lunch run, but today, an unexpected friend stopped by to chat; by the time I knew it, the hour was up, and there was no time for a run. I got home, made dinner, and my hubby needed to pick up some items from the grocery store, and my 4-year-old decided to go with him. I picked up my phone to scroll endlessly through IG and 2 minutes in, I was like nope! This is a perfect example to cease the moment and do a quick workout, so I hit play on the 36 min Mandi session! Now I feel so much better!!

Hit week five with Leg session first, because why not? Itโ€™s Monday, and my legs felt fresh. and I knew I could give more today in leg day than I probably could in the next few days. The week is stacked high so managing my training for what my body can give me the most on. This is why I really have enjoyed being almost a week behind. I can plan ahead and see the videos and make adjustments as I train. Finished week 4 with the core shredder today. That felt good! I had a kitchen to clean from morning breakfast, but decided that before I did that I would put in my training session. Me first before chores! Have a wonderful weekend salty sisters!
