I am sad that I am unable to start this. This is my first time getting COVID, and it has been a little rough the last two days. Giving my body rest to come back stronger. But amazing start athletes! 🙌🏼

This has to be my favorite series to date. I have grown so much and loved the process. I had to take a step back to see how far I had come. I told myself I wanted to feel better when I turn 40 in November and I think I found my path forward. I have rekindled my love for weightlifting, it's amazing. Happy Friday Salt Squad!

Let’s go! Final week. I had to give it my all for the sumo squad and added weight to my barbell, 35 lbs to each side! When I started this program, I had between 15 and 20 lbs on the bar, so my strength definitely increased. Keep at it, Salt Squad! 👊🏼🙌🏼
