I definitely had to go down on weight for this leg day. My hamstring is definitely not ok, and it was screaming at me during those goblet squats. Might need to modify for the next week to make sure I say injury free. Still had some very toasty 🍑

My right hamstring is so tight this morning, I had to really foam rolled it. I also figured out I need 35lbs DB. That would have been the sweet spot for that last set of chest press! Getting stronger 💪

I was standing in front of my fan and bending at the waist for a few seconds of rest during this session. I want to think we are just pushing ourselves and defining new boundaries! 😅
