I take a week break, but keep moving by adding yoga, walks and stretching. After that, I usually stick to the recommendations that are on the calendar.

How to get rid of the negative talk in your head? Just show up, push-play, and lift heavy! The hardest part will not be the heavyweights you lift; it’s showing up and pushing play. Trust me, you will feel 💯 better afterward because I feel better already! 😊

Jenny Fisher yes it was super fun! I got to race with my little one for his first kiddie race. He was super excited for his medal! Oh and we were dressed up as superheros!
