Parenting solo all weekend, I woke up early for the live session, and my almost 4-year-old decided he wanted to be up too at 5:30 a.m. I was so distracted by him talking that a 25 dumbell fell on my foot. Somehow, I finished the session with a bit of foot pain and a 4-year-old meltdown. Today was not my day, but that's ok.
