I found a session where Jenny just showed the movement and than just let you go for 10 minutes blocks! It was perfect and what I needed! It was just me and my music and grinding!

This little guy joined me for half of the live training session! He said, “mama, your muscles are strong!” What a complement! 🥰

I also realized that my new go to heavy weight is my 30lbs dumbbells! I am definitely getting stronger.

I needed a quick 30ish full body training session and I found a perfect one! I added my 10lbs weight vest to the entire training for an extra burn! 🔥🔥

On sessions that I have completed before, my goal is to go heavier on weights. Today, I picked the sumo deadlifts and increased it to 70lbs. I did not have a lot of rounds, but I kept the same pace with good form! Building that foundation up!

I am so glad for the upgrade on the app to include the calendar. I love this week’s recommendations and has eliminated my “decision fatigue” I end up having when I have to pick what to work on next! Today, I ended up doing the recommended training and I added 2 core sessions at the end. 🙌🏼

That was true for me today, but it only lasted until the stretch part! I was able to bench press with my 30lbs! for 6 reps! 🔥

Friday session was amazing! It transported me back to our retreat and it just filled my heart as it did that day. It still brought the tears but my brain was flooded with all the positive affirmations. Thank you, Jenny! ❤️❤️❤️

I survived… my legs are noodles! I even started saying my 21 day affirmation challenge in the mirror to avoid thinking about the burn in my legs! Ready to conquer the day possible without a lower body. 🤣🤣

My body told me what I needed today, and I finally listen. I felt like running to release some of the travel stress, and playing catch-up with work, so I did. IT. WAS.THE.BEST thing I could have done today to make me move and feel better. It was a run for me, not for time, not to see how fast I could go, it was just for me and it felt so good. I don’t like to deviate from the training sessions, but sometimes you need it and I am learning to be ok with it. My new word after the salty retreat is VARIETY for nutrition and exercise! 💕🫶🏼

I have been away for a couple of weeks because work has me mentally drain, doing a session here and there. Today I decided to just hit play on this weeks Monday session and Trace and Jenny just send me some good energy. I also miss the salty squad. Things have settle down at work a bit, so I am hoping my schedule gets back to normal.
