Trace Kennedy I posted a pic!

Katie Randolph, I got the PRX profile pro squat rock with a pull up bar. It’s awesome and easy to fold up. I have a small home gym so I wanted something to store away.

Leg day Monday!! Started strong with my squats and I was able to use my new foldable rack and heavy weights! I am glad I was able to finish my garage gym little makeover.

Tip: to make the hip thrust better, I put my dumbbells through a booty band and had them hang on my side and oh OMG! It works.

I have been out for two weeks and am ready to get back to the game! I am looking forward to Monday! 🙌🏼
