Yum! I would add hemp seeds to that and cinnamon because that’s also my go to!

My other breakfast is avocado toast with an egg on top!

Leg day always on point! Since I had time today, I did some heavy bag work with kicks and punches! That just hit the spot! 😜

Yes! It's an old injury from martial arts and trying to break a board with my fist. I mean, it was pretty badass minus the wrist injury. 😆

I have a really bad wrist and the pain on today's hand stands was pretty unbearable, but instead of sitting it out I did push presses. I think that was a pretty solid compromise and after 3 rounds it felt great! 🙌
