Katie Randolph, I got the PRX profile pro squat rock with a pull up bar. It’s awesome and easy to fold up. I have a small home gym so I wanted something to store away.

Leg day Monday!! Started strong with my squats and I was able to use my new foldable rack and heavy weights! I am glad I was able to finish my garage gym little makeover.

Tip: to make the hip thrust better, I put my dumbbells through a booty band and had them hang on my side and oh OMG! It works.

Welcome to the squad! If you wait for the MVP session, you will experience the camaraderie of all the salty queens who train with Jenny. It’s fun because we engage with one another through the community post dedicated to that series. It also motivates you to keep up and keep going on the low-energy days. If you are commenting and engaging with the community, Jenny likes to also call you out in the training sesssions and when you hear your name you just push through. 😀
