Are you flying? If yes, you can have up to 3lbs weights in your carry-on. TSA will flag you so be prepare to have them out if you bring some. I pack a small bag with a unity band, booty band and the weighted ropes to replace a jump rope. I generally will add a 1 mile run to my workouts if I feel like I need alittle more. The MindBody app is also great for finding local gyms where you can get your salty session on; or you can try a different fitness classes in the area if you want to try something new (boot camps, yoga, etc.). I’ll post the name of a few sessions I enjoy that are body weight only.

I love this one. Requires 1 set of dumbells and you can repeat the session a few times and throw in a run
