I’ve always struggled with eating a breakfast that will sustain me until lunch. For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If I don’t eat something balanced, my blood sugar spikes and drops causing me to be ravenous for the rest of the day 😩 I wanted to share what had been working for me.

Mixed Berries and Mango 🥭 🍓

Oats and Honey Protein Granola

Vanilla Coconut Yogurt

Super Seeds Mix (hemp, chia, flax seed)

Drizzle of Honey 🍯

Loaded with fiber and protein… and delicious. Oh and it’s not eggs 🍳 😜 I’ve eaten far to many eggs on the last 4 years 🤣

Which 5k did you do? Traffic coming into Boston was terrible today. I was surprised since it’s Sunday. Wondering if it was the race you were participating in 🙂 it’s been a whirlwind a fews, Charleston -> Hartford -> Indianapolis 😅 Thank god for the GetSalty app to keep me on track this week.
